The depiction of disease processes by current imaging has advanced extensively in recent years. This exquisite identification of various abnormalities by cross-sectional imaging, particularly CT and MR, further emphasizes the need to understand the pathologic basis of disease as we are now often illustrating this correlation directly.

This course is designed to illustrate basic concepts and radiologic-pathologic correlation in chest imaging in order to enhance practitioner knowledge and skills. Lack of understanding of the underlying pathology can lead to misinterpretation of radiologic images and the potential to overlook important complications such as a neoplastic recurrence.

You will have access to the course materials for a total of 4 weeks. Week one is provisional access before the official start date followed by the scheduled categorical course week. After the official end date of the categorical courses, you will have an additional two weeks to review and complete the course requirements giving you access for a total of 4 weeks.
